I haven't been here to have my bicycle serviced, but I've stopped in a couple times to try and get parts. The first item I needed, they didn't have in stock, but they had looked through their inventory to check for me and then offered to order new for me. The second item I needed, they had on hand and sold it to me for a fraction of what it would have cost online. Both times they've been helpful and professional.
Fixed my bike quickly, reasonable price.

WORST service in Cambridge! My bike came back in a worse condition (yes! it's possible!), he overcharged me, and did not what I asked for (I asked to replace brake pads, he asked me which one, I answered 'front, but not sure', he said he'll check, so I thought he would check both front and rear - he only checked front, which was fine, and not the rear one, so didn't replace it!)
I don't know what the others are talking about. Friendly & honest staff + fair prices. I was even told where to get parts cheaper. Best shop that I encountered in town after 3 years here.
