I arrived with a puncture and the guy put down what he was doing and fixed it on the spot in 10 min. Then I told him I needed and mudguard. He pulled one off the shelf and installed it for free on the spot. Then I laughed and said I needed a new U lock because I could no longer open mine - another guy appeared and took it away and sprayed and oiled it while the other guy fitted the mudguard - handed it back in working order and free of charge. Happy Xmas!
Amazing, prompt service today! My chain got jammed, and the gentlemen quickly fixed it (plus helped me adjust my seat height), and to my surprise, didn't charge me for the service! Thank you; what a blessing this was!
