As a Cambridge local, this is my go-to place for all things bike-related and I couldn't recommend them enough. The customer service is exceptional and I trust the team's recommendations - they know their stuff and give plenty of options. I have had a DH bike put together here, fixes and services to my city bike, ad-hoc purchases like lights and panniers, plus I've rented a bike (for a friend) from here...all excellent experiences.
They always do such a great job for such a reasonable price. Fantastic service, they never talk down to you or try to get you to buy things you dont need. Much better knowledge and service than ive ever had at any non-independent chains. Id never go anywhere else now!
Took my new bike in to check it was all good to go and have it serviced post assembly. mangled the chain on my first ride and the guys at the shop sorted it out very quickly and at no charge. Great customer service, will be the first place I take my bike to be serviced or repaired in future. Highly recommended.
