I have had a great experience at this store, the customer service is excellent as the sales team is always very friendly and helpful. They are full of advice, efficient, and kind. I would highly recommend shopping at Giant Cambridge, the discounts are really good and I have gotten expensive items like a bike lock or bike lights for free thanks to their reward points. Furthermore, the free bike check-ups every 6-8 weeks mean that my bike is always in top condition and won't need to be replaced any time soon.

What can I say about this Giant store except totally brilliant from the moment we walked in until the time we left with the super e-bike. The staff were friendly and delivered an exceptional service with no pressure to buy. The handlebar placement had to be altered to suit my need of no pressure being put on my wrists. The staff listened and consulted me every step of the way to accommodate this need, nothing was too much trouble. The best purchasing experience I have ever had (and I am quite old). Defineately recommend this store to friends and family.
I broke my carbon frame, stripped my bike, got frame repaired and asked these guys to reassemble my mess... they were great from start to finish. Friendly, helpful and did a fantastic job! cannot fault them and highly recommend them from anything small to large
I brought my bike in for a basic annual service but Roger (who is a real cycling enthusiast) persuaded me to have some additional work done. The cost was reasonable and now it feels like I've replaced my 25-year old bike with a brand new bike. Very happy!
