I would not recommend this shop after the service experience I had today. Below I tried to explain the reasons:1.The cost for the basic service is given on the store's window which is set to a fixed price of 50, however, when leaving my bike, I was told that the price was in fact 60, and the price on the store's window needed updating. So, I had to pay more than what it is advertised on the store's window for all potential customers.2. Shop opens at 10 am on Saturday and I was booked in for 10 am Saturday morning. When leaving the bike for service, I was told that the service would take up to 2 hours. I left my bike like 10.05 am and came back to the store like 11:40 am to collect, however, the service job was not even started at that time. I was then advised that it would not take long and the bike would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. So, either the information that was given in the first place about the time the service takes is incorrect, or the one after my arrival at the store. 3. When leaving the bike, I was told that for anything beyond fixed price, I was going to receive a call to be notified of the extra job. However, I was charged an extra 5 without my consent for the front mudguard, and the voice mail I had from the store was only saying my bike was ready to collect, nothing else, related to the extra job and its cost. So, I had to pay the extra cost which was not agreed in the first place.4. After collecting my bike, I asked for the list of serviced items and I was told there was a leaflet having the list but the leaflet was not currently available. So, I do not even know what was done on my bike after the service.
Great service from Cambridge Electric Bike Sales. A non warranty problem with the bike nearly a year after we bought it, diagnosed and sorted immediately at no cost! Use them, you wont regret it!

Electric Bike Sales were really great in helping me to choose an electric bike to suit my specific needs and budget. Very friendly staff offering great customer service. My husband and I test rode two of the bikes to help us choose which bike was more suitable. They also provided an excellent service in having the bike and accessories ready within several.hours of choosing the bike. Would highly recommend Electric Bike Sales. The staff really know their products and provide advice without any hard sell.
Electric Bike Sales went out of their way for me. Their knowledge of E-bikes is second to none as I found out to my cost when trying to get a repair to my bike from other shops in my home town. They efficiently fixed the problem and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. I was even helped to get a deal on a bike that was more suitable for my particular circumstances and they went above and beyond to make me happy. If you want to deal with people who really know their stuff on E-bikes, then I recommend Electric Bike Sales.
