I always have excellent customer service at Rutland Cycling. It is my favourite bike shop in Cambridge! Yesterday I went in for a problem with my gear shifting and it turned out to be a very small mistake (my bell was preventing the shifter from working!) so they fixed it for no money at all. Thank you Simon and the mechanics who work there! You are the best!
I went into the station branch as there had been a mix up at the Giant store. I had called Giant the night before and they told me they could fix the issue. Upon arrival they informed me that I shouldnt have been told I could bring the bike because they had no mechanic available. Walked the bike over to Rutland Cycles at the station and Jed was happy to help me with the issue with my front derailleur. Fixing it very quickly. Answering all my questions.
