This shop is really over-charged, and the staff did minimum work to get the bicycle move again, and even the minimum work was not done properly.
I was sold a rear wheel that had the wrong clamp mechanism (quick release not nuts). Turns out this is quite dangerous on my singlespeed because the wheel can move in the dropout slot. A lesser rider would not have tested this and maybe their wheel come loose. Nearly no sympathy that that'd messed up but did offer to call their supplier to find the right wheel. Not heard from them since.If you want a lightbulb from their extensive range of on-par and overpriced lights, choose one yourself. If you want reliable mechanical service, don't trust anyone and do it yourself.
If anything is wrong with my bike - that's where I go. Very friendly and helpful staff. They will fix whatever needs to be fixed, and do it with very reasonable price.
Unfriendly staff, have to move my bike totally untreated.
Excellent and very fair service. Very trusty - they always try to solve problems in the most robust but also cheapest way for the customer, and often give discounts in case the job was easier than they thought.
