Bought a used Fabia from here. It's been nothing but trouble. You'll be told about the pre-sales check but mine is now waiting to go in to the workshop for the 3rd time since buying the car a month ago. It'll take three hours out of your day taking the car to Waterbeach for repair. If you want a courtesy vehicle you'll need to wait a month. Go elsewhere.

Do not buy a car from this garage. It was a totally horrible experience. I was on the verge of buying a second hand superb but was shocked at the lies of the sales manager and sales executive. They falsified the last service on the electronic log and lied about it! It transpired no service was carried out despite them claiming a major service was done. This is not what you would expect from a 'main dealer'. We had travelled 4 hours to view the car and asked all the right questions before making the trip. My wife and I were totally disgusted by the condition of the car, which was covered in dog hair and full of major scratches. The sales executive missed so many major issues and neither he or the sales manager hardly had any knowledge of the car's history. I was shocked by the whole experience and am glad I withdrew my deposit and purchased a car elsewhere. No courtesy and not even an apology for wasting our time or lying about the car. Will be spreading the word about this place.
