Bradley has been fantastic from start to finish in helping us to buy the new Renault Clio! Unfortunately the car wasnt available on the desired date and so instead they lent us a car so that we could still go on holiday. Great dealership, lovely people. Highly recommend.
Did not follow up on what was promised. Did not buy from them . Sales manager could not look us in the face and totally back tracked. We've now bought a car and a better deal as promised with another dealer. Do not recommend this dealer. Poor customer service and breaks promises.
Asked a simple question about a price and after being asked many questions I still don't have an answer to my question UPDATE : Answer now received , although it did take over 24 hours to respond !!
