I have an older V50 that is MOT'd, serviced and worked upon when needed at Marshalls Volvo. All the staff are really polite and non-judgmental. Despite not having an amazing car, I am treated as though any other customer would be. Most importantly is that they are competitively priced. I have been quoted for jobs by other non-Volvo garages for more money. So I always take it to these guys. Great service and great cars!
I purchased a used Seat Leon from Marshall Volvo. The car had a couple of issues which I tried to deal with on the warranty provided.I was lead to believe the warranty was with Marshall themselves but it isn't, it's with a 3rd party.Needless to say, 3 online chats, 2 emails of complaint, several phonecalls and 2 visits to Seat Marshall in Braintree (who were supposed to liaise with Cambridge) and I got nowhere.As far as I'm concerned, Marshall are no better than a backstreet used car dealer.
The typical slimey dealership. I explicitly asked regarding the warranty on a used car (non Volvo) and was repeatedly assured. After purchase, found out it was all lies and the delaership decided to act like it was nothing to do with them. I won't be back her in a rush ever again...
Excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable service manager. Comfortable modern Scandinavian style waiting area featuring free WiFi coffee and tea.Almost forgot to say that the purpose of my visit was to have my cars Summer wheels and tyres swapped for brand new Volvo Winter wheels and tyres at a very competitive price. As a bonus Marshall Volvo will store the Summer set during this Winter, and then swap them back for the Winter set at the beginning of Summer 2019! The Winters will then be stored until........well I'll let you guess what happens next!
