I have recently had my car in for a winter check and couldn't be more happy with the service I received, further more I would say it was fantastic! I turned up early and I was welcomed by a young man called Liam. He had everything prepared for me and got the job done straight away. I don't want to blow his trumpet to much but I have sold cars myself and been an employer. My car went in for it's annual service today, lovely experience as always at Lexus Cambridge, given a coffee at drop off and collection, had a courtesy car ready, was kept up to date on my car's status and notified once all ready! Highly recommended for all service requirements for your Lexus and worth checking out their decent range of cars! All staff are very friendly and happy to help!
I bought a 3 year old CT200H from here about a year ago and the experience has been excellent. I've taken the car in a few times for it's service and MOT and the experience has always been very positive. All of the staff have been fantastic but I'd like to give a special mention to the service manager Shaz, who really has gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is positive. He's a big part of why I'd almost certainly buy another Lexus. I should also mention the car, which has been a fantastic little workhorse. That's not to say there haven't been issues but they really do go above and beyond to make sure they're resolved. I really can't recommend this place enough.
The customer service is second to none. Just popped in for a quote for a sensor and our car was checked over . Given a clean bill of health. We were given coffee by a very lovely lady on reception. Plus our car was cleaned before being returned to us. Excellent experience.
