Helpful & knowledgeable staff.

Please avoid this dealership at all costs. three months ago we bought a nissan quahquai from the cambridge branch. within two weeks we realised the car was using coolant quite rapidly so we contacted marshalls and they booked the car in for inspection to source the problem. It was sent to marshalls peogeot who checked the car and we were then contacted to be told they could not find a leak so the car doesn't seem like it's losing water. soon as we got the car back within a few days the car was exactly the same. losing coolant on a daily basis. We therefore contacted them yet again and they booked it in at peogeot to be checked.they then had the car for three days and asked if they could use the car to see if it loses water. peogeot then contacted us to say that it is losing water and we had two options. either they put k seal in the coolant system (which apparantly nissan advised them to do) or we request that nissan take the head off and see where the coolant is going. We told them on the phone that under no circumstances are they to put k seal in the engine. I don't believe that a main dealer should be wanting to put a 13 product into a 9500 car for a quick fix. We then spoke to the used car centre and told them we were not happy with the k seal option but wanted to have nissan look at the engine of the car and find out the problem. nissan then had the car in two weeks later. a few days later we were contacted to be told nissan had done the required tests on the engine and it is not losing coolant whatsoever. We have had the car back for two days and it is still losing water. these people are difficult to deal with and are adamant that they have done all they can to sort the problem out. basically the point is peogeot had said that it was losing coolant and nissan need to take the head off to see where the coolant is going. The used car centre will not have this done as it will cost them alot of money in labour to find the leak. This is disgraceful service and has made us feel they have no care for there customers whatsoever. they are very good when you want to buy the car but soon as there is a problem they do not want the hassle. I really do mean it when I say avoid all the stress and go somewhere else where your custom will be appreciated

Very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Explained all extras available .didn't feel pressurized to purchase. Excellent test drive.unable to collect on the original day so made special arrangements for collection on another day. Can't fault the customer service.

On the surface the customer service appeared to be good when we visited the showroom on Saturday in the pouring rain (serious buyer then!) However as with most car dealers, they were full of empty promises. After identifying a car we liked we were promised a call on Monday regarding the car's service history and the warranty. Now Wednesday and still waiting! Why do car dealers do this? Empty promises (This was by the manager as well so leading by example doesn't bode well!) We went to the trouble of looking at YOUR cars why can't you have the courtesy to keep your promises?! Customer service? There is none!

Between us this is now the fourth car we have purchased from Marshall. We use the used car centre and have always been treated very well. A good overall experience, which is not always something you can say about car purchases.
