The service department consistently goes above and beyond. Prices are great, but the quality of work and spare parts are exceptional. I can't imagine taking my Focus ST anywhere else for service.
Friendly knowledgeable staff very helpfull.
ADMIN FEES! What an absolute joke! So I looked at a car this morning on the website for Marshalls, called ahead and went for a test drive, with my partner as she was would also be driving it, all good until it came to discussing price, apparently the advertised price online IS NOT the actual asking price, there is an 'admin fee' on top as well.Whilst I was not looking at a brand new car it was still a significant amount of money, I was prepared to spend, and they had the cheek to attempt to add an admin fee! Perhaps this is because we are women and they feel they can get away with it!When I asked for it to be waived they said they couldnt, but could offer me warranty (that I didnt want at a lower price). Total waste of time.IF you ARE going to charge an admin fee may I suggest you advertise this? and OR add it to the asking price.Suggest people look else where for a car, or be prepared to pay more than advertised! Piracy!
While my initial experience was good, like most other poor reviews I have found after-service poor and shoddy. When my car kept on going into limp mode, I had all 4 fuel injectors replaced July 2017, an extremely expensive experience, which sorted the problem out - so I thought. Turns out that when they were not replaced correctly and the bracket for #1 snapped - see photo. The engine was slowly been venting diesel and soot for several months, and eventually the whole injector popped out this morning - AA and local garage diagnosis. Marshals said out of warranty period, and the bracket could have snapped of its own accord. Now how often does that happen? Edit 27 Dec: Replacing a dead battery a couple of days ago, a different AA mechanic found the gasket of #3 was chuffing, and that bracket also was loose, as was #4. However, yesterday afternoon #2 bracket snapped as well. A second call to their service manager Steve and Marshall's still deny responsibility, but offered to "take a look" for 105. That's before they even fix anything. Both AA and my local garage agree that it'l be a tough job proving it was a shoddy job because I could be extremely unlucky, but how unlucky do I have to be to have 2 of the 4 brackets and 1 gasket fail within weeks of each other? This is not the first issue I have had with them either, but it will be the last. I will be writing to their ombudsman, so this issue is not over yet. Buyer beware.
We had a very good experience here, were treated well and came away with a good deal on a nice new car. We would definitely return next time we were looking for a new Ford.
