Appalling and incompetent service. Easily the worst customer service experience Ive had. Avoid for aftersales at all costs.That said, our original sales rep - Matthew - was a legend. Shame the rest of the team dropped the ball so catastrophically and didnt seem to care one by that they had.
I am saving the last star for my purchase to complete. Having been totally disappointed by the service and care received, the situation has been completely turned around by a very diligent and helpful Customer Excellence Director. I have been loaned a car so that the purchase of my existing vehicle can go ahead and things are looking very much like I will receive my car in the next 2 weeks. I am hopeful all will go smoothly from here and cant thank all involved enough for making what should have been a very straightforward transaction, finally go ahead.
Really helpful staff. David and Ashley both helped me and were great when I bought my new car. They made me feel important and very welcome. Took the time to listen to my requests, with no pressure or hard sales talk which I really appreciated. Very pleased with my car and with the service I received. But ... they definitely need a better/bigger car park!
