What a wonderful hotel. Ambient decor to the highest standards. Ample space to have meetings in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The coffee was just lovely as are the attentive staff
Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel between Christmas & New Year. Room was large, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The rooms and public area's were tastefully decorated with good quality furnishings. Staff pleasant and friendly particularly Tim who was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. The only slight downside was the breakfast, perfectly adequate, but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel (although staff helpful and polite). Will definitely stay here next time we are in Cambridge
This is a very nice upscale hotel. Its much better than the other options in the area. Quality of the fixtures is very nice, and the bathroom is lovely. The bed was very comfortable. There was construction across the street (November 2018) but they moved me to another room when I asked. The on-site restaurant is pretty good, too.
A beautiful hotel, one of the best I've been to. The decor and rooms are really nice, it all feels very premium and staff were friendly and helpful. Small touches in the room made a big difference as well such as heated mirrors in the bathroom.
Really nice hotel with excellent service. Staff impeccably polite, nothing is too much trouble. Great food (apart from the awful cheap mayonaisse, please don't spoil the otherwise excellent food with this mass-catering rubbish!), served with a smile and genuine attentiveness. For an upmarket hotel close to the city centre, look no further. Highly recommended
