Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Easy to get to the town centre.
The room smelled of smoke. At the evening meal for a party of five the time between the first and last main course being delivered to the table was 20 minutes. The sea bass was over done. The waffles were under done. The cheese cake was bland and uninspiring. The bread for toast at breakfast was stale. I would not recommend this hotel. On the pmus side the staff were all polite, courteous and quick to rectify errors when they were pointed out.
Not expensive. Clean and comfortable. Staff made us feel very welcome.
Good location, local buses run past less than a 5 minute walk. Some good cycle paths too. Food good staff friendly. Service good. I didn't have any mini milk in the room on arrival was my only negative. The staff have been good spirits tonight dressing for Halloween
We stayed for four nights. The room was good. Very clean and the bed so comfy. We only had breakfast which was good and plenty of choice. Staff very friendly. Only down side is the opening times of the bar. Will be back to stay when visiting family.
