Not bad for one night. Only if the food was a bit nicer. But the staff are great and I had a good night's sleep
Plenty of spaces for car park, lovely clean & spacious rooms. Clean & tidy. Lovely breakfast & lots to eat. Definitely will be back. Reasonable price.
Lovely clean and quiet hotel. Friendly and efficient service. Stayed in room 039 and it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking (next to a David Lloyd fitness Centre). Breakfast was good and included in the price.
09/10/2018: Revisit for 1 night for business. No issues at all, still quiet area and easy parking. Pleasant staff and rooms nice and tidy 04/2018:Stayed here for two nights whilst in business. Easy barrier parking and in a nice quiet spot of Cambridge. Welcoming staff at check in who explained everything. Room nice and clean as always with Holiday Inn. Bathroom also clean and stain free. Would recommend.
Nice 3-star hotel, friendly staff, good location and free car parking. When I arrived, the receptionist gave me a room which was unclean and not ready yet. I get back to the reception to tell them about this and found a women, her name was Lucy. I believe she was the night manager. She was super polite and super nice . She apologized immediately and changed the room for me. In addition, she offered a complimentary drink to make it up for me. It was a nice gesture. The new room was clean and big, better than many other hotels I have seen in the UK. There was a many bar, the bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Regarding the breakfast, it was OK but it could be improved. In general, I recommend to stay in this hotel.
