The food here is really yummy but the staff are also super friendly. We had a falafel sandwich and a salad selection followed by the cacao muffin and banana loaf. The salads were tasty and fresh. Good value for money, wholesome food.
We had a lovely meal here for Burn's Night. The food was pretty fantastic, the service attentive and friendly without ever being overbearing, and the ambience generally good. The space is small and therefore the tables are pretty close together - which brought about my only gripe (and something outside of the control of the restaurant) which was the incredibly obnoxious young South African man at the table next to us. He certainly didn't ruin our meal, but he did make it less pleasant than it would have been had we not had the table next to him!
I went to their advertised "National Burger Day all weekend!", but they had sold out of all burgers other than the one on their regular menu by 7pm on Friday. Food was good, lasagne particularly good.
This looks more like a cafe than a restaurant with uncomfortable chairs or horrible stools. The waitress was rude on arrival but improved in mood as the evening went on. The food was nice. Good rather than great. The menu was very restricted with very little choice, so the special was welcomed.
Excellent vegan food in a quirky environment. The menu is quite small, but all of our selections were really good, so it seems quality is the focus. Recommended
