Nice place to treat friends come for a visit. Wonderful location. Delicious food especially the dessert
Was told we were too loud when we had booked a celebration meal (and specified it was a celebration on the booking). Can understand that this is a lovely restaurant for a quiet meal as a couple but we should have been told upfront or moved to a quieter part of the restaurant.The menu looked excellent and it really is a lovely looking place. It's just a shame that its too stuffy. Unfortunately we settled up before the starters so we never got to sample.I am sure this will read like we were a bunch of drunken oafs, however I would recommend Trinity if you are looking for a formal and quiet ambience. If, however you are looking to have a relaxed evening which would include laughter and talking in a group this may not be the best option.
Reasonable priced fine dining in the old town of Cambridge. Better to make a reservation to get a space for a dinner. Not so many choices, but all the food there was very fresh and delicious. It is probably local sourced. Overall, a nice dinning experience with a delicious food in a lovely environment and stuff.
Had a great lunch at trinity restaurant. The set lunches were very value for money. I had the duck confit, which was flavorful and melt almost instantly. Definitely the best I've had. Service was attentive too.
This is a great place to spend a nice evening with family and friends. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. To get the best value, I recommend to come before 19:00 as the offer lunch menu with 1, 2 or 3 different meals. This time we ordered the soup of the day, oysters, chicken, pork. If you find yourself looking for a nice place to eat other than college kids food. This is a great choice in Cambridge.
