Really lovely park to walk around and right on Cambridge doorstep!
Love this place. Biggest country park in the area and so good to be among trees. You can see Ely Cathedral on a clear day. Iron Age ring and ditch fort is interesting and nice for kids to walk and play in. Longer walks from here up the Roman Rd. The Highland Cattle are a wonder to behold! BBQ can be booked in advance and is fun in summer and we have used it for winter birthdays too. Plenty of carparking 3 cash in the machine. There is a public toilet in the courtyard. No cafe. Wheelchair and pushchairs can access some paths more easily than others, but you can get around the main areas on wheels if needed. Dogs on leads. No bikes.
Lovely little park, lots to look at and good walks. Very accessible, can get a buggy along most of the paths
Great to visit with kids for a run round and an explore. Sounds one nice short walks and access to the Roman road and devils dyke
A true country park to relax & calm down. Great views over Cambridgeshire and beyond from the viewpoint. Could spend hours there walking through the woodland and looking at the wildlife. Love it
