Fantastic food, great service, best restaurant in Cambridge and beyond. Never not had an excellent dinner here. A very classy place.
In my memory, this place is one of symbol of Cambridge. This place is very nice in summer. However, be careful at night.
Came here for firework s night, (first time, especially for my little baby girl) was a great afternoon/evening. very cammed, but i can guess on a normal day this would have been a lovely place for a walk about. Not really anywhere you can park if you want to come here. so be sure to be ready for a long walk.Plenty of space and a lot of greenery.
Lovely common can get quite busy as regular for bikes and walkers. Lovely view of the river. If you like watching rowing you can catch training along here. Can come across cows grazing regularly which can be amusing.
Midsummer Common fire works for Guy Fawkes' night is absolutely top notch. Pains fireworks are incomparable in excellence. The bin fire, amusements and prices all fair (no pun intended ). The atmosphere is totally family friendly and accessible.
