Fantastic, well equipped gym. Staff are all very approachable, attentive and good to deal with. They've got all the kit you could need, along with a very decent heavy-bag for anyone who boxes or does MMA. Can't rate them highly enough.
Great Gym ! Has a really neat cafe bar that provides free tea and coffee. Protein supplements from leading brands served up in stylish pint glasses. Plenty of squat racks. Good mix of machines / cable pulls and free weights. Friendly and helpful staff. One of few Gyms around the science park that is open late.
Great selection of equipment and incredibly helpful staff that are always happy to offer advices with techniques. Highly recommended
Great gym! Has 4 squat cages, two benches, an incline bench and all the cables and accessories you could need. Also has a large cardio space and room to stretch upstairs so there's something for everyone! They also offer sports therapy which I highly recommend - definitely helped me out loads.
Friendly staff and super vibes. Great opening hours allow me to be very flexible, in more ways than one. I do wish it wasn't so expensive though, as it doesn't offer sauna or swimming facilities.
