Nice place, really good gym!Just the changing room TERRIBLE COLD, I've been there already few times,I haven't seen that anyone using a shower I think is because is too cold, I came back after cardio and exercise..and it's not because of me,I was all sweating..but I think you can quickly get a cold,I think need to work with this problem..
Great gym facilities, can be busy at peak times.
Nice gym, really cheap. A lot of machine so it is easy to have access even when it is crowdy. However, it is quite dark due to the absence of windows
Good: - selection of equipment.- 3 X squat racks- friendly staff- ample soft padded flooring - big changing rooms, clean- free parking up to 2 hours- equipment and weights were generally returned once used.Bad ( could be improved) :- No resistant bands, anywhere!- no glute ham raising machine- some water fountains where blocked- no Olympic rings
Great gym with large changing rooms, a big range of machines and equipment, and all the usual features that come with PureGym membership.I love being able to drop in using my extra membership if I can't make it to the gym in Ipswich.Only downside is those stairs after a big workout!!!
