Stags and Does is without a doubt the best crossfit gym I have ever been to! Great atmosphere and people! The coaches and top class and are always around to help with skills and technique and to encourage you through wods, and there is always a social event just round the corner! Best hour of my day is spent in this gym, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
