I have only had brilliant treatment at this surgery, and have been a patient here for approx 3 years in total. Appointments have been given asap, including emergency appointments on the day. And the doctors have worked very hard to refer me to the hospital when necessary. I'm very grateful and recommend the practice.
Abysmal service. The staff does not understand that post-grads are freshers too. Incompetent staff. Did not manage to get an appointment for months. You are better off going for another surgery.

The doctor was not happy administering a necessary procedure. I would recommend a clinic where doctors are not so sad and do actually care about doing their job
