Fantastic service - staff are very friendly and the doctor was very quick at diagnosing me and getting me into see a specialist. Saw the doctor at 8:30am and he got me an appointment to see the specialist by 11.15am the same day. Would definitely recommend them.
My husband and I have attended this practice for many years and have never had a problem.All the staff are very helpful, including reception, in my opinion. The doctors are very thorough and even called me on one occasion to inform me of something I wasn't aware of. Having been a receptionist for a GP practice myself, many years ago, I think many people nowadays underestimate the pressure they are under and they are, after all human too , but as I say I've never had any problems at all.
Been at this practice for 14 years - I have always found the staff to be professional and hard-working. As with all practices, it has to balance the demands of a large number of patients - on occasions I had to wait a long time on the phone to book an appointment.
Got held up in traffic and called to let them know I would miss my appointment and the receptionist I spoke to was very rude. Not the first time I have spoken to someone at reception who needs a lesson in customer service. The doctors are always great though, shame the front of house is letting the side down.
Dr Dhanasakerin (sorry if I have missspelt) helped me so much and made me feel like I had control over my health again, this surgery takes in all ARU's students as patient's so I don't think people understand how busy that that would make them and how hard the staff work in that regard. Every time I've called (at the correct time) I've gotten an appointment and the reception staff have always been great with rearranging/helping if needed.
