Was registered with Trumpington surgery and my treatments were good. Had a competent doctor there. I moved homes and had to get registered with a new GP and phoned Trumpington surgery for my NHS number. The lady on the phone said I have never been registered with them and never received treatment...I wish the reception staff was as competent as their nurses and doctors...
