Thrifty have extremely poor customer relations and the staff here are not trustworthy. Please try to hire form other providers as they will not listen to you if you have a complaint.

Terrible!Seriously dont bother. Terrible customer service, didnt have the car I ordered, and very complex paper-based processes. Go to Hertz or Enterprise instead - much better!
My partner has had 4 hire cars from thrifty cambridge. What is it with them about scratches on the alloys?? 1 yes he admitted on doing. But the others NO!!!! They seem to find a scratch even if it's a milimeter and charge you for it. They are a RIP OFF!!!! Don't go there
