Slight delay getting our van on the day but staff were friendly and helpful. Was really smooth dropping the van back with no issues
I had a few experiences with them over the last year or so. My first was great. I got a good deal on a car, the service was quick and I was very impressed with how easy it was to book. But then things got worse. Next time I used a car I went through dartford crossing first time and got charged 35 for admin fees. The crossing fee was cancelled but they would not cancel my admin fee at all. Next vehicle I booked, was not there so they have me a bigger van, but I had to wait a long time. Just recently I booked a van. I am a student so I move places a lot. In this address I have been 4 months and in the previous one I also booked a car when I was in 4 months with no problems at all. When speaking with customer service agent. He was not listening to me at all. Being an engineer I can understand how those systems work and can agree that system would had been changed, however a company making this change would lose the standing standing customers. Customer service agent did not listen to what I had to say and acted as if he knew everything which as a matter I know he did not. Overall. Be careful with their services as it is now overpriced. I believe recently I and other customers have not been treated with honesty or help. I will to go EuroCar

Excellent customer service. The van I hired wasn't available as some other clever customer failed to return it on time, but they were made sure I had a van a couple of hours later. They let me know as soon as it was available, picked me up and gave me an extra day's hire for my inconvenience. Would definitely use again.
Overall good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the first car I had but they were happy to exchange it for another one and take a little off the bill for my trouble. I can safely say i would use again.
