Shameful. I'd recommend any other rental company, there are plenty of cheaper and better options out there. Bear in mind they might ask you for extra documents not mentioned before via email, so better come with everything you own.

Service perfunctory at best. Dont come here if you need to feel looked after.
Pretty good: reasonably fast service and easy to find. I would however contrast the service with Hertz to that of Avis: in my experience an Avis pickup takes around 2 minutes, while a Hertz a pickup takes 10 mins.
It's a great car hire service. Staff is very friendly and service very fast. I don't have to queue for long as somewhere else. Actually, I don't remember any queue here ever. And I also like that they also have bike racks available in front of the office so you can lock your bike there while hiring a car.
