it depends who is @ the office ... Last year we rented 6-seater van and traveled to France and back. Nice van, no issues. Also we managed to negotiate a good deal due to high mileage for our trip. However, be aware that there are two offices of this company, one in Harlow, Essex, and another one south of Cambridge. Dealing with Cambridge office personnel via e-mail or over a phone nice, easy and pleasant, 100 % positive about this office customer service. But time to time some of Harlow staff members come to this (Cambridge) site and don't expect them to be polite and pleasant ... We agreed over a phone with the Cambridge office rep, but when I came up to pick up the van there was a Harlow guy in charge. He didn't care about our agreement with his fellow Cambridge colleague and did his best to explain it an quite a rude and bad manner. Great ... On return - Cambridge guy was in charge, no problem, nice and friendly. Just my 2p
