I found Matthew to be extremely rude, arrogant and unaccommodating to my simple requests. He seemed completely distracted and disinterested in gaining my business so I will not be returning to Elevation Estate Agents.

If Carlsberg did Estate Agents!!!...........I couldnt fault them from start to finish. Absolute pleasure to deal with. They sold my property quickly, kept me up to date with everything, and answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. We recently purchased our current property through Elevation Cambridge, dealing mostly with David and Matthew and Tom. The team were very organised and kept us informed on a regular basis during the purchase period. They maintained a professional attitude with David being particularly helpful in chasing up the various chains when coming close to completion. As this house purchase was not the most straightforward of procedures, Matthew and David's telling experience in dealing with these types of situation meant that the stress levels was not as high as it could have been! Therefore, I believe that the service provided by Elevation Cambridge is equal if not better to those given by some of the other reputable estate agents that cover the Cambridge area.
