Had awful experience with these last year when trying to buy a house. Would not recommend them in an shape. Their communications is terrible and they were not doing what's in the best interest for parties.
Not sure why I had to give them 1 star.Very high-handed manner in which the staff deal with you.Choose an agent that doesn't treat you like its the medieval age!!
I'm absolutely satisfied I had a chance to rent the flat with Cheffins. All processes went very smooth not only checking in but also vacating the property. During my tenancy all issues were reported to Angie who is fantastic property manager. She solved all of them promptly after receiving emails. I highly recommend Cheffins! Good job! Thanks guys!
I had a chance to rent a property from Cheffins for a year and I can say that they were as a team professional and very helpful. My property manager Angie is an absolute star and responded to my e-mails quickly, even on her annual leave and she escalated matters as soon as she could. Getting the deposit back went very smooth as well. I do recommend the agency! In my opinion it's the best one in Cambridge. Thank you guys!
