Use this depot a lot.Yes there can be a queue but I find the staff helpful.
Claimed my parcel had not yet been returned to them despite it being several days since receiving the 'sorry we missed you' card. Staff were incredibly rude when I asked them to repeat what they said as I am hard of hearing and I was eventually just told "go away and come back in a few days and we might have it".
They never deliver the item, i always have to collect it from the post office. If you call them, they never reply!
Friendly staff member but clearly understaffed it took 15 minutes to pick up my parcel. They were also unable to accept cash or post international mail. Why Royal Mail doesn't put a post office inside I will never know.
Customer orientated staff, always helpful. At 7 am the office is open and ready to serve. Thank you!
