The parcel didn't scan here but miraculously scanned at first try at another post office. Waste of time because the staff is incompetent and gross because the woman managed to stain my package with food. Total fail

Whomever is currently buying this Post Office needs to get on with it as the way this guy is carrying on there will not be a business left to buy! We are in the process of making a formal complaint to Post Office senior management.
It must be me because I already avoid Kings Hedges PO due to rude service.Any way popped in to send an online prepaid Signed for letter.Told to put it on the scales in an off hand manner and then the guy proceeded to enter it as though it needed all the details recording again.Refused to stamp my PROOF OF POSTAGE as not done like that anymore..The lady in the actual PO was more helpful despite this chaps attempts to the contrary and stamped what was required.Poor experience...
