I would very highly recommend the services of Henri and PhysioFit. After years of weightlifting and having a physical job I had developed a very painful shoulder impingement/injury that was affecting my ability to work and also train in the gym. Henri was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a pleasure to be around. Within weeks I was back to work pain free, and back in the gym with a new training routine, new form and a new lease of life!! Following this she also treated me for an ongoing knee injury after I had septic bursa in my knee - again caused by a busy work/gym life. She solved all issues using her extensive knowledge and I am back to being pain free and training better than ever! As a footballer/weight lifter and someone who works in a job that is physical I would have no hesitation in recommending Henri to others in a similar situation.
I can't speak too highly of Henri and the whole team at Physiofit Cambridge - I would recommend these folks to anyone. The treatment is professional and evidence-based - what's more I also always feel listened to and genuinely cared for. I was very nervous about the long term effects of my injury but don't think I could have been in better hands.After initial treatment with Rowan for a lower back soft-tissue injury and now rehab/strengthening programme with Henri, I am back running/circuit training faster than before, what more can I say?
I have seen Henri for the past year following various sports injuries. I would not normally write reviews but I felt compelled after the tremendous service I received. I have played sport at a very high level all my life and seen multiple physios over the years. I would say that Henri is one of the best I have seen. She is incredibly knowledgeable across the board, always has the same enthusiasm every time I see her, very passionate about helping people and just generally a happy, positive person. As a sportsman I would highly recommend Henri if you have a sports injury. She is well versed in so many sports and will no doubt be able to fix you too!! Thanks
Henriette has given me invaluable help after surgery on my toe, more than doubling the range of movement over the last few months. She has been particularly good at advising me on how to get back to the activities that I enjoy as quickly as possible. She is always cheerful and friendly, which makes sessions a pleasure. Highly recommended!
I went to see Henriette after I tore my calf muscle playing sports and had never before had an injury like it. Henri was amazing at treating it and it was always a pleasure seeing her as she is so lovely. She also gave me the confidence that it would be okay and after many sessions and lots of helpful guidance in between it is. Would thoroughly recommend.
