The best physio in Cambridge! Worked wonders on my torn quadricep and had me back playing football in no time! Highly recommend.

I go to Gosia if I ever have an injury and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She got my husband walking after a particularly bad calf strain last year just before a much-anticipated family holiday. I am currently seeing her for my hip and shoulder and any delay in my recovery is entirely my own fault for overdoing things!!Superb treatment. Thank you Gosia

I went to Gosia a few years ago when I suffered a knee injury whilst training for a half marathon. From simply looking at my stance Gosia instantly identified the problem was not with my knee but my foot - my foot was overpronating and causing my knee to twist inwards while running. Some advice on running shoes and appropriate exercises sorted me out! More recently I incurred a fracture in my foot, went back to playing football too quickly afterwards and injured a tendon in my ankle. Again, Gosia pinpointed the problem and I am now doing my daily exercises to build up strength in my lower leg and foot. Her expert advice together with her caring, kind considerate manner make her a great physio.

Gosia helped me with Sacroliac Joint Dysfunction when I was 3 months after delivering baby and started doing 'too much too early'. She did some great massages which helped relaxing some of the tight muscles and guided me in doing some important exercises to strengthen some of the muscles. She saved me loads of money and nerves as I was desperate to get back to running ASAP. I was able to continue low impact cardio all the way and went back running 3 weeks later. She understood my need of getting back to running as she is a great runner herself.

Gosia not only listened to what I had to say about my sports injury, but quickly discovered its root cause. She expertly instructed me in the exercises I should do, and explained the benefits of doing them (and the pitfalls and recurring injuries I would get if I didn't). As I'm still in the process of recovery (which is going better than expected) it's too early to award 5 stars - but will update this review once I am back on Marathon training. Given I haven't even felt able to run for the last 5 years, whereas I am now, I am confident the 5 stars will be coming soon.
