I recently visited Dominic Richmond at Capital Physio for treatment on my lower back due to long term pain from a lower disc bulge.The last episode of pain was very extreme but with the help and advice from Dominic which included a light exercise routine to target strengthening some key areas, I soon had my fastest recovery to date.I would highly recommend Dominic and the team at Capital Physio for help and advice on how to manage chronic back pain, out of all the places I've had treatment over the last 5 years Capital have given me the most confidence and guidance to move forward and get back to all the activities I enjoy.
I went to see Jenny with a muscular injury to my hip. She assessed me, gave me treatment, as well as a list things to do at home. I was very happy with the service, she's well worth going to see.I went back recently because of some shoulder & lower back issues. Whilst Jenny was no longer there Dominic treated me. He did a great job. No pain 8 weeks since. I will keep returning if anything else comes up.
Dominic was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I came in with a strained wrist and he gave very helpful strengthening and stretching exercises to sort it out. I was back rowing within a week and it steadily improved each day. Highly recommend.
