I have been using this Pharmacy for quite some time now (7+ years). I moved out of the area 2 years ago to a new GP catchment area (Harston), but still come back and use this pharmacy as it is more efficient and convenient than my local dispensary and that is saying a lot, considering my local one is at the GP surgery itself and I have to travel from Haslingfield to Cambridge just to use this pharmacy. Parking is convenient, lately I have been using paid parking (60p) to collect my monthly prescriptions. For myself I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, they greet me by name and are aware of my conditions and medications (there is a consult option where they speak to their clients to keep up to date with them) all in all, pretty impressive considering the many patients they have. There is comfortable seating and when I need to wait, it rarely takes very long. (Most months I get my prescriptions sent directly to them and then just collect them when I have the time or energy)

Always made to feel uncomfortable when asking questions. Unsure what the stress is about but maybe some supervision for the staff would come in handy so they don't take it out on pubic. Been going there for while and always find staff abrupt and rude. Repeat prescriptions seem messy and tend to be late, there seems a lack of communication from doctor, according to the staff there, yet public are in the middle.

This is a pharmacy I can only pop in to get my prescriptions when really busy and no time to go elsewhere. There is a lady (black hair, darken skin, looks like from middle east maybe or india) she always makes problems and is very abrupt, obnoxious. Maybe she is a good person in life? But she definitely doesnt share it with clients....

Pharmacy should ope at 8.30am. Today at 9am the pharmacy still close because they have no pharmacists.... therefore i have to take another morning off from work to come here and collect my medicines. Because my prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy by my GP. I have no other choice than come back again.Really bad.

Rude and hostile pharmacist and new staff look unhappy and disinterested. Lost prescriptions and many incomplete repeat prescriptions despite the surgery next door passing them on in advance. Used to be very good when run by the Co-op, since being taken over by Well has deteriorated dramatically. I've only persisted with this pharmacy because it seems next to my GP surgery but will be going elsewhere from now.
