Everytime i go into this pharmacy i feel like they are so rude and nearly always mess up my prescriptions and then get rude, and yet again from going in their today i had the woman at the desk laughing at me for no reason ill be going back in and complaingand i will be finding a better pharmacy and id advice everyone else too do the same
A superb pharmacy! I cant rate them high enough. I travelled down to Cambridge from Liverpool and realised Id forgotten to pack my medication. I rang GFT Davies & Co to explain my predicament and then contacted my GP surgery who sent an emergency electronic prescription to GFT Davies where I picked up my emergency meds. After a nightmare train journey across country, the staff were so helpful with information , directions and they even rang a taxi for me to take me to my hotel accommodation. Thank you all so much.
Very pleasant, caring and helpful staff. I shuffled in, barely able to walk and with untied shoelaces due to a lower back problem and one offered to tie my laces for me. Had a helpful discussion about choosing a walking stick too. I've never had a long wait there either to be seen or for a prescription to be made up.
