Patients with appointments at the hospital get capped charges if you have an appointment letter/card or the department stamps your ticket that you need to take to the customer service booth at the exit point where there are additional payment machines and the staff will process your ticket to exit the site or std fees will be applied
Price ranges from 'up to 1 hour', 'up to 2 hours' and 'up to 4 hours. We were 2 hours and 4 minutes and had to pay for 4 hours. Where's the 'up to 3 hours' option? Obviously by leaving this option out you make much more money. SCAM pricing structure and very small parking bays that make difficult to exit and enter your car. HUGELY expensive for a short stay - Avoid using NCP and use Cambridge Park and Ride instead.
