Lack of patrolling in the car park means that its very hard to get a parent and baby space because people without children park in them with no repercussions. We travel up from Norwich every few months and so far not impressed. On one occasion a man sat in his car in a baby space eating a greggs with no intention of allowing someone else who needs the spot to use it. Ended up having to park in an unsheltered part trying to get my newborn baby in/out of the car in the rain. If the car park had a warden patrolling then they could ask these types of people to move or ban them from using the car park. Every car park has vehicle registration recognition and there should be a way to stop barriers from lifting if known offenders attempt to access the facilities.Also very expensive. In our view we will boycott this car park in future.

Perfect place to spend money
It is a parking garage, not much more to it. It is open 24 hours, which is nice. It also has both covered and open parking. Generally, it is not very clean, particularly in the stairwells, but it isn't worse than many other car parks I've seen. It has been safe in, my experience, no obvious signs of break-ins or other crime.
