Someone need to take these guys to court. 12.5 pounds no matter how long you'll stay to the parking??? Are fkin serious??? Cash cows all they looking for. Council should take action if they decide to do their jobs in this town
No short-term or hourly rate, meaning if you park for half an hour you have to pay the full day's rate.
Very busy and chaotic. People driving in front of others, disregarding traffic rules, ... It's a bit overwhelming sometimes.It's right at the station entrance/exit luckily.It can be annoying if there is no available parking right away (pick-up or dropoff) because then you're stuck circling the parking until someone's 20 minutes parking limited expires and you have to swoop in like a vulture.
Parked my car for Saturday and Sunday.I needed to pay by card. There was one machine for cash and card. This one machine didn't work properly and so wouldn't accept the card. I decided to follow the instructionsto use text and pay by phone. The instructions say to text and you will receive a call back. I sent the text and waited 20 minutes for the call back which did not arrive.In a city renowned for intelligence, this is poor,someone needs to step in and sort this out.
