Had an absolutely amazing experience with German Tech just before the bank holiday. My passenger window had been smashed by some scum, really didnt expect to get it sorted so soon but on my first call at 7am Mark said they would try their best to fit me in. By the afternoon the glass was on its way from BMW and they also sorted a preexisting issue for me as well! All done in a very polite and friendly manner, I was kept well informed every step of the way. Would 100% recommend and I will be back for future work on my car, thanks again!
Very professional establishment, with friendly and helpful staff. Although it is a bit expensive I always have peace of mind that the service provided is to a high standard and I have always been fully updated with any issues that could occur as well as what has been changed or serviced with my vehicle.German Tech offers courtesy cars which is very convenient and easy to book. One may need to put a bit of fuel in the courtesy vehicle but all in all a great service.
I haven't used these guys, but I have had to call on them today as my car suspension coil snap on the way to work. These guy's were professional in handling my call, and extremely understanding - having a German car you just think garages see sign's. I didn't get that impression from this company whatsoever so I booked my car to go in.I live in Newmarket, so I had tried a garage more locally and they came back to me and said they could help.Upon Calling German Tech Cars to cancel the appointment, again professional and completely understanding. If I hadn't heard from my garage I would have no doubt used these guy's. Strongly recommend them for the professionalism.
