They smashed up my one year old Jag XJ, which had to have a complete new rear quarter, so I now have a crashed repaired car through no fault of my own! Nil stars is actually what they deserve. Bad attitude too.
If I could give Marshall Paint & Body Shop ZERO I would. Rather than take my vehicle for repair to my insurance company's approved repairers many miles away I insisted that I gave my business to a local company. The body repairs and spray was done in a timeous manner and the vehicle delivery back to my driveway as was still on vacation at the time. The vehicle was not finished to a high standard. There were scratches on the front grill, scratches on the wing and scratches on the headlight. They claimed that the scratches were not there when they delivered the car on my drive. They 'proved' this by the very grainy photos taken with an iPhone 4. You couldn't see the car let alone the light scratches from 3/4 metres away. Furthermore, a bird pooped on my bonnet and the paint being of poor quality had dissolved the paint right down to the undercoat. They would not accept any liability for anything. I have since spoken to other people who have had work done at Marshall Bodyshop and had similar complaints of the standard of workmanship. The are so many other half decent bodyshops around. Best avoid this one.
Quick valuation of the repair after an accident, very unhappy as I had to put my boot parts by myself on site (spare wheel, boot mat etc.). Didn't bother to clean markers writting on the body. Gave an extra star for a very nice and polite lady at the reception.
Extremely helpful with a scratch on my car, gave quick estimate and even fixed a minor scratch for free while looking at the car
