THESE GUYS ARE HIDDEN AROUND THE CORNER. THERE IS ANOTHER GARAGE THAT IS MORE VISIBLE. IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AUTOKARE THEN MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY GO TO AUTOKARE.I made that mistake and now regret it.Autokare were lovely, communicative and extremely helpful once I actually found them.
Really pleased - took my car in for a service and to check over a stuttering issue today. The guys were friendly and took the time to talk through the issues, findings and made suggestions for how I can maintain good car condition going forwards. The stuttering is a million times better than it was, I have a detailed report about the condition of my car and I have a lot more knowledge and understanding than I had this morning. Will return to these guys and have already recommended them to a friend :)
I brought my car in with a Crankshaft problems month ago, they quickly diagnosed and repaired it. They also carried out a free safety check which highlighted some other areas that may need to be looked at in the future, but were very honest with me as to what needed doing and what didn't. There was some oil around the engine near the Crankshaft,they clean it around at no extra charge which was a nice surprise! I will definitely be using this garage again.thanks
