Really friendly, welcoming and helpful on the phone and face to face. Excellent service: told me how long the MOT would take, recommended somewhere for a coffee whilst waiting and phoned me when it was ready. It took exactly the time they said. I will be going there again and recommending them.
Had car MOT'd for a couple of years at Archdeacon. They feel like a trustworthy independent.
Guy at the front desk has a great attitude to service. They are also trustworthy - they advised me that work I asked to be carried out wasn't in fact needed. They also have a really good attitude to any follow-up matters. Would highly recommend. Philip
Really nice and friendly garage for servicing your car. It is a bit on the expensive side of replacement parts but reasonable charges overall. The reason I'm rating it with 4 stars is only because I've noticed a small miscommunication between the staff. Misunderstandings can happen, and I'm my case they were more than happy to sort me out and leave from the shop as a happy customer.
