The station is really oddly build with random platforms doted around. Lots of trains tho

Lots better after the improvements - nice food shops near the station and good connections to the buses

Easy access to the the railway station. Lots of places to get sandwiches, coffee etc. Not many places to sit down if the station is busy.

Helpful staff and clear notice boards. Has a couple of coffee shops as well which always helps

Got onto train to be informed that they didn't have a driver. Luckily they had another train to a different London station they diverted us onto. If not, all travel plans would have been cancelled and about 200 people stuck on the platform
