Poor care if they dont see a potential customer. I have messaged them with my circumstances and and I was totally ignored. I then read some of the negative reviews and seems they are justified, particularly the way they respond, so any response past this comment will have no value.A good company replies to all enquires, even to people who will not bring money today, because maybe they do tomorrow. But lack of respect stays regardless and the word is spread... forever.
Visited Cambridge recently and was so impressed with this music store.The staff were so very helpful and couldnt have done more to search for the information I required. I could have spent the whole day there browsing through the vast stock of music books etc.It has to be the best Music /shop outside London.Thank you Alex and your team!
Going into this shop was like going back in time. Polite service, the gentleman that served us took time to explain what we wanted and why. Thoroughly enjoyed spending in this shop.
My son wanted to learn guitar. Reluctant to buy an expensive one in case he decides to quit after a few months, yet not wanting to buy a cheap one and then an expensive one should he keep at it, we took advantage of Millers hire scheme. Shop staff are very helpful, we also met the owner who made sure we walked out of the door as happy customers.
Robin was the most helpful and kind when I came in to Millers to buy some instruments the other day. He stayed overtime to help out and just generally had the most useful and genuine advice. In my experience all the staff are remarkable and every time I visit have something useful to offer - highly recommend this store!
