John is a true professional . He got there exactly on the time you arranged , was mindful of the time he took as he was aware I had to go into work and as to his skills, they were top notch ! He fixed three problems for me, involving my boiler and taps. He has a lot of knowledge , the Sherlock Holmes of plumbing ! Went through the task methodically and almost scientifically , and got it right . His prices are competitive. He buys top quality original equipment that he trusts, instead of cheap Chinese makes Also.Dont look anywhere else for plumbing expert in Cambridge . John is who you need .

Very friendly and efficient plumber who definitely works in Cambridge. He's replaced all our radiator valves and updated a radiator - central heating a lot better now. He's also fixed a toilet - replacing all the flush bits. I would recommend him.
As a landlord who doesn't live in the Cambridge area, it was always going to be difficult finding someone trustworthy, honest and reliable without any personal word of mouth recommendations.I was fortunate enough to come across John Taylor - and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't have picked a nicer or more flexible plumber/gas safety engineer. A true professional.I've used him on a number of occasions and he has always made every effort to meet my tenants' requirements, liaising with them directly, often shifting around his schedule to accommodate their various work commitments.John is polite, courteous, respectful and will always go the extra mile to get a job done in the fairest and most equitable manner. He is also VERY determined.When my 9 year old boiler malfunctioned he refused to give up on it, even though the issue was very difficult to identify. He spent 40 minutes of his own time (not paid) on the phone to the guy who trained him as an installer. As a result of this conversation, John said that he would like one last go at repairing the boiler on a 'no fix no fee' basis.I'm pleased to say that he did manage to fix it - saving me a small fortune!John goes that extra mile and if I could give 11+ stars I would do so without hesitation.
